If you're not satisfied with your purchase, contact us within 30 days of delivery.

Depending on the situation, we may make things right by:

• Sending a replacement

• Helping with a size or item exchange

• Offering store credit

• Issuing a partial or full refund

You don't automatically need to send your item back. We'll review the situation and let you know whether a return is necessary.

Wrong Size? Let's Fix It.

Our little shirts can run SMALL, so please check the size chart before ordering. When in doubt, we recommend sizing up! 🐶

If the fit still isn't right, contact us within 30 days. We'll work with you to find the best solution based on your order and the circumstances.

Damaged, Defective, or Wrong Item?

Oh no! If your item arrives damaged, defective, or isn't what you ordered, please contact us with your order number and a photo of the item.

We'll review it and make it right. In many cases, we can simply send a replacement without requiring you to ship the original item back.

Refund Requests

If you'd like a refund, contact us within 30 days of delivery with your order number and the reason for your request.

Approved refunds will be returned to your original payment method. Depending on the circumstances, we may ask that the item be returned before a refund is issued.

Original shipping charges are generally non-refundable unless there was a problem with your order.

If We Request a Return

Please don't send anything back without contacting us first.

If we determine that a return is needed, we'll provide instructions for where and how to send your item.

Returned merchandise must be in acceptable condition. Items that have been excessively worn, intentionally damaged, altered, or otherwise abused may not qualify for a refund.
